About Hannah Axelsen

Hannah is an emerging artist who graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Visual Arts, majoring in Photomedia. Hannah's work focuses mainly around photography but she also holds a strong interest in mixed media art. 

Hannah's work includes themes of nostalgia, suburbia and place. She combines traditional practices such as large and medium format film photography and painting with digital photography to produce detailed works.  

Hannah resides in Katoomba, Blue Mountains
